Appalling that Johnson and Javid are letting virus rip and normalising ANNUAL DEATH RATE FROM COVID of 48,000 adding to over 157,000 deaths in UK so far – vast majority AVOIDABLE. If we fought the virus instead of doing nothing death toll would be minimal.

Vaccines for children are essential to protect them from effects of Covid.

This is not about socialism or capitalism or party politics, it's about FAIRNESS, THE VALUE OF ALL JOBS and THE DIGNITY OF ALL WORK

Low paid key workers have been courageous in the pandemic and the least we can do is pay them £15 an hour within a year.

Not sure about the bargain booze announcements. We have massive problems with alcohol in UK which destroy individuals & families as well as placing an enormous burden on NHS. Govt should take a lead on this.

Broadcast and print media must stop making misleading comparisons between Covid now and in 2^nd wave. Excellent contribution to issue of social care, Ed. It clearly showed the huge amount of skill, kindness, dedication and love needed to care for vulnerable people with compassion and dignity.

We are indebted to front line care workers and must double their pay at least.

Remembrance Day should remind us, that as well as saving humanity from global warming as COP is trying to do, we must strive harder to save humanity from suffering caused by many other evils including war and violence.
